@CassD .yes I have my friend. I've just a reply now saying that, I need to restart my phone which I've been doing everyday since the event. And, they also said that I need to check if, I have enough GB which I do.And, that I have the latest version of the game which I do. Bur, the worst thing is that, they said they can't give me any more booster 's because, I've used the one.they gave . How could have I used them when my game is not loading. So frustrating. I lost 55 booster 's in total. They olny gave 10.which I didn't even get them. Sometimes I wonder if, it's worth playing King 's games. I've replied to the email. I'm just waiting for the reply. Bet, it will the same thing they've been saying all the time.
So sorry to hear that you're getting nowhere with them, but I would certainly keep persevering. I find Support staff for some games are much more helpful than others and deal with the problems quickly, but others need you to keep at them.

I usually contact "soporto.king.com/contact" at the bottom of the page and then respond firmly to every email I get from them, not simply accepting their conclusions.
