My Pet Saga is not loading. What is the problem?

Gayle, while I understand you are frustrated. We are not the studio. The groups that are set are random and are not dictated by the studio.
You will need to accept the cookies as you just cleared them.
Seeing as the majority of people are playing without issue, its likely to be something on your device that is stopping it.
Do you have windows 10/11? You can download the app and log in with the same credentials and play that way.
Put me in the group that gets Mystery Mountain then. How hard is that to do? I cleared all of the cookies stuff and your asking me to accept your cookies. Come on with some help here.
Ok so you need to clear cache/cookies then as most players have no issues. And see if that helps.
As to the Mystery mountain as I explained on another post, it might be that you are not in the group that gets the event this weekend (some players don't and they move around all the time) or it could just be technical issues or even the fact its Easter weekend and bank holidays in many places. Even King staff get breaks too 😊🐥🐣
I play on Facebook. What is the problem? It seems as though other people are not getting Mystery Mountain either. Is someone asleep at the wheel? Wake them up.
Afternoon @Gayle_Bromley we need to start with some basic troubleshooting I think.
Are you playing on a browser? Have you tried a different browser? Sometimes its that simple. If that doesn't work though (and I would recommend this if you like using your original browser) You need to clear your cache and cookies. If you need help with that, let me know which browser you use.
Or are you playing on the windows version of the game?

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
