Moved on from 7663 but only on my tablet not on my laptop😕
we have had confirmation from our community manager @Snow_Riderin the issues thread that the studio is aware and investigating as to why the fix hasn't appeared. So apologies but please know they are working on it.
Still I can not get past game 7663 for a week now ,
Same for me been over a week now ??
Hi and welcome to the community. I promise you that we are just as irritated about it as you are. The fixes were sent and there was no apparant reason that we are aware of why it hasn't appeared on the Facebook version. We are waiting for an update from the community manager but at this time, that is all we know 🤔
Still not fixed!! This is getting annoying now! It has been a week!
it looks like something is blocking the update. We've been pestering our community manager so hopefully one way or the other we might have an idea soon. Just don't waste any boosters on it until it is running again and if you have another device, you could use that until it's fixed.
Cleared cache and cookies and browsing history - not fixed on Facebook and no update
A fix has been sent, we don't know why its held up. Each platform has to approve it on the platforms side. And it looks like Facebook is often later after the others. Hopefully it will arrive with the new release levels tomorrow. Clear cache and cookies every so often in your browser as you will not get it otherwise even when it does appear.

if you have other devices it might be easier to just carry on with them for a day or two then try again.
good morning! Sometimes different platforms take longer to approve updates. Facebook is often later but whether that's due to the time it takes them to approve (after the studio has sent it) or simply the fact that it's harder to update on browser, so it may come when the new levels are released. Just make sure you clear cache and cookies so that when the game is updated, it's ready to go 🙂

I have moved on on my iphone but my laptop saga is stuck on 7663. I have won the level several times but it never goes to next level
