ID: 1023756641 I did not receive my Petopia. It flashed at the beginning of the game but never downloaded to the game. Now what do I do?

I was super excited to see Petopia was back and after two days it disappeared?
Also,
getting strange on screen messages "Unable to load date for C:/Users,
(my name) App Data. . . . Unable to load data for Event Card
Notification. . .And, it keeps telling me things I already know
regarding gold bars and find my toys. It's treating me like a new player
but I'm on level 5200.1 -
Got my summer Petopia yesterday but when I came back to play today I got a notification that it had ended, yesterday it said I had 28 days to play! I also got "unable to load data for event card notification" and also a notification for Hot Keys, cheat menu and command center??? My game has updated and we checked our hard drives etc. I have no clue what is going on with my game, anyone else having issues?

Hi @Firewoman and @Kat-6 I assume you're playing via the Windows app?
The latest Windows update has done something to the game, it's been reported. Hopefully it will be fixed very soon!4 -

I downloaded it on Windows also. Still getting unable to load data for event card notification and things like that. I tried logging in the game with my Facebook account and nothing. Hopefully it gets fixed really soon.
