    good morning and welcome to the community.
    unfortunately in order to keep stability in the game, only a certain amount of players get things at one time and it's random. But those groups of players can be moved around and you might end up with it and he loses it.
    I know it's frustrating. My husband regularly gets things in the games he plays and I don't but there is nothing we or the studio can do.
    Hopefully you will get it in future soon 😊

    I have the new levels and feel they have been simplified to match the graphics. Where's the challenge? You've made it look like a game for 5 year old's, now you're making the difficulty level match? Not a fan.

    ik begin dit spel echt kotsbeu te worden, ik speel het al jaren maar tegenwoordig is er altijd wel iets, nu weeral geen mysterie mountain meer, altijd maar levens geven , maar nooit geen levens krijgen altijd iets anders *Edited by CM: Hold on a bit!     I had it last Friday different levels.. so excited to play today and no mystery mountain. So mad.
