help! I had 8 burritos in my pets backpack when the game ended and I hit the claim button for the gold bars and it said failed to claim and now they are gone

Thank you for answering! It was when I hit the claim button I think my connection went bad and it said claim failed but there were no options to correct it to get them and it didn’t deposit them. Where is the player support? I’m trying to find it in the app and all I can see are related questions etc.

It might be worth popping a message through to player support from within the game as they can look at your account and see if they can see any blockages 🐱
