Why does my game go to orange screen and stop

when do you think loading problems will be fixed. I miss playing the game but it no fun waiting to see if it loads. I was over level 8000. When problem started.

I have the same problem on all 3 of my devices ipad 3 gen,iPhone 14, will not load at all, and iPad Pro,it will load on my pro but take a long time,this as been going on for weeks now. I’m on level 8060.

I am having the same issues. Trying to load pet rescue. It will not load. I have now lost my record of playing 149 days in a row and I am super frustrated. I am using a samsung galaxy S6 lite, also my phone, a samsung S24. I am on level 7122. It crashed a few days ago. Please help.

Hi, the game is slow to load and freezes. I am using the PR App (not FB) and have a King account via email. The game freezes on both my IPadProiOS18.1 and iPhone13ProMax iOS18.1.. this has been happening for the last 10 days. Note there has been no Pet Rescue App update since 16/10 and 2 iOS updates since then. Candy Crush, CCSoda and Farm Heroes have all been updated in the last 3 days.. and I have no issues playing those games.
After a few minutes I managed to log in, win one level and the screen then went black…

game loads extremely slow and freezes at times. I’m on a iOS and iPad. Both devices up to date. Notices the slow up when Petopia began. Very frustrating. I don’t enjoy the Petopia series but still try to play some everyday to keep my streak going.

Android 12 impossible to open app since 3 days

I didn't get all levels of the extra moves a at the end of the game. There are 3 videos to watch for 5 extra moves, but only the first one loads. The other 2 get Xed out. I always need the extra moves or the game won't finish. Is that possibly related to this issue you're describing?

I'm also having problems losing the game on my galaxy s21 phone. I had to uninstall the game and reinstall it. It's still very slow and I lost all my helping tools I've collected which I'm very frustrated by
