Anyone else having problems purchasing boosters, packages using cash or coins and using gold bars to extend the number of steps? It has been very temperamental. I mostly get an error message straightaway or spinning time loading screen which never stops. I would say I have only been successful 20% of the time. It is particularly annoying when you are only 1 step away from completing a super hard level with a panda bonus and it won’t let you use 9 gold bars to extend your steps! 😖
Hi and welcome to the community! That’s usually caused by a connection issue. Are you connecting via the kingdom or Facebook? And which device are you using?
Hi Lady_Choo. Via Facebook. I’m using an iPad. As far as I can see, FB is working and I’m logged in per the game. It’s just happened to me again.
@Maureen_Maher can I ask you to go to Facebook and check the settings for the game. You will find PRS under apps and websites. Make sure all permissions are active.
If they are, try logging out of the game, closing it completely then removing the app from Facebook.
Restart your game and it will ask for permissions again. See if that solves the issue.
Hi, I am also having problems using my gold bars and I am connecting via kingdom on my iPad.
I use an IPad also and I’m having the same problem. To get it to work I reboot my IPad when it happens and it will work correctly for 3-4 days but it will stop working again. I just repeat the process. But it doesn’t happen on my other King games so I’m not sure why Pet Rescue is having the problem. I’ve looked for update but there is not one out there. I checked updates and mine is the current one.
Are you both logging in with your email rather than Facebook?
Can you let me know which model/device you have and which app version you both have please.
I am logging in with Facebook. I’m using the following device:

I’m using the current updated version of PRS ( 3.13.2.0)
Thank you, just to make sure (cos they always ask) have you checked permissions for Facebook?
I am also having trouble purchasing gold bars. I tried and it took my money but didn't give me the bars. I am playing on an Android phone and logged in with Facebook.
I have sent this over to the team, but as regards the missing items, you need to contact apple support and tell them you didn't get the bars so they can refund you. There should be a link on the bottom of the confirmation email 🤗
