I haven't used "Kingsley" in the Help Section here, I have in another game and I found the chatbot unhelpful.

Universally I generally I find "chatbots" unhelpful. This is because I have a specific question to ask, and not a general one.

@Snow_Rider Had no idea about it so I can not say anything good or bad either way there will be some who will find it helpful and other's who will have many complaints about it as they will be the ones who are wanting it to complete the levels for them as they are the types of people who should Never Ever Own a Pet in Their Lifetime absolutely Never Ever Own and are also just here to collect a badge and try to win something sad so sad

It has been a while since I have opened the Help Center in PRS! Except for lack of lives (and freezing Ads), I usually do not experience issues in the game! Hence, I did not get a chance to use Support Chatbot!

Should I test it out and provide my feedback?

Hey again! The chatbot was rolled out a few months ago and is now available in most King games. Just to clarify, it's not an in-game feature or a community addition, but rather another way for players to get help or ask questions through the Help Center.

This post is simply to gather feedback on how the chatbot is working for players so far. You can access it by scrolling to the bottom of any Help Center article and starting a conversation from there.

I hope this helps clear things up a bit!

Snow rider when did this chat box come out? This is what I'm talking about when things are introduced to the community, a lot of us don't get the message or the update to know anything about it. I'm not saying that the tech people can't send out when they want to. This is what I was telling you about that first time I didn't get the Petopia, I didn't know it was out. I got a email from Lynette asking for us to post our most recent of how we are doing in the game. That was when I sent back that I didn't know Petopia was out and it wasn't in my game. I'm just now hearing about this chat box. Is it time zone or what that some of us aren't getting what is happening in the community?
