Hi all, Pet Rescue is no longer loading on my phone or tablet. I hit play! and then it goes to the King screen and the load circle is frozen. I can play on my laptop but not ideal. What can I do?

Can't play petpetopia. The game freezes on phone and tablet. I have tried everything. Have to uninstall and reinstall the game to get it back and lose all my booboosters. Not funny. So I will not play until it's over.

has anyone been experiencing double and triple charges when buying gold bars. I’ve had this problem for about 8 months. Tried calling everyone including my credit card. No help. I even reported as fraud. Help. I would hate not to play any more
