  • Hi Janesca, it seems the last update was problematic with some iOS devices. We flagged this to our technical team and we got word back from them that this will be resolved shortly! that would be great, hope they get it done soon, I can't play at all
  • My level 1328 is not the same as examples, I am playining version 1.136.11 on iPad Air 2 with iOS 11.2.5
  • well, I finally gave in, deleted the app, did a hard restart, reinstalled the app, it is now working. Lost ALL of my boosters and lives, but at least I can play now. Have to build up more lives and boosters I guess.

  • Same here, except I have not deleted and reinstalled as doing so will wipe out all my boosters and lives, I didn't want to chance that if it would make no difference.
  • I was having the same problem, there was an app update on 11/23, that solved my crashing problem
  • the last update of Nov 23 solved the crashing problem for me.
