They've told me a couple of weeks. You can play by logging into your king account in the meantime to carry on and not lose your progress. When they've fixed the problem, facebook will sync your progress. Thanks SamJane!

Will this work even if I was not playing through Facebook until after it happened? Hi Janna- If connecting to Facebook has caused this problem, it should work. Do let me know how you get on though, and if the problem persists. Thanks!

so i should be doing all this without the facebook app on my phone? Hi Ishwari- If you have the Facebook application please re-install, if you do not have this on your device please just follow the other steps. Let me know how you get on :-)
