Do we know whether Babs overtook Conner, and if so when did this happen, or was Conner trying to catch up? @Nobody1 It is likely that a variety of additional factors impact if and when our opponents slow down or stop: maybe the speed at which we play the first two levels, maybe how often we pause playing and for how long,โฆ

That is how science works @michimune . Theories change as new evidence is uncovered. I have been trying to gather evidence and forming theories these past few months and days. The conclusions are not fixed and I have not told anyone here what to do or how to strategise. That is up to them.

Is your date by any chance set wrong on your device? If it is set correctly to March 26th you should not see this timing. Who told you they were playing offline @LCouture1313 ?. This year there are multiplier tokens so any player with a seemingly impossible score can be assumed to be using tokens.

Each stage/round is completely separate and starts with a score of zero. Nothing gets carried forward.

The candy crush gold bars cannot be exchanged for real money: They have no value outside of the app and are for use in your game only.

You didn't read my advice properly @michimune . If the qualifying score is fixed then this is per day, in fact probably per 12 hour period. So this would mean that a player who plays three days needs to score three times as much to qualify as someone who plays for one day. But they would have three times as long. So thereโฆ

This will be my last post in this thread. All the answers to all my questions about how the app works have become clear to me and I intend to use what I have worked out to try and win this competition. I have shared all my findings, so it is public here for all to see and use, but I won't discuss VCR any further afterโฆ

Just starting the first final knockout round. The leader has 3577 after I have played four levels. There seem to be only 20 players on the leaderboard. There were twenty three levels ago and still are.
