An update about of the second chance rounds. Part 2 is a gigantic step up from part 1 for me. I didn't do anything in between the two rounds, so all I can assume is that this part of the competition is NOT bespoke and all players are competing on equally hard boards. This is exactly what I witnessed in the first 2nd chance…

I am a little confused by your statement @Katiem1 . The last second chance round is not finished, I am playing myself in it and it's far from over. Is there any chance you could show us the message in a screenshot? Or could you show us a screenshot of your events folder or map screen? that might clarify the situation.

The tokens are definitely not for use in the live finals in London @Owl_ck . Players at the live finals do not use their own accounts, in fact they do not even use their own devices. The multiplier tokens are for the use in stages 1-6 .

I had the banner again today for a level and it's definitely 1000 blue.

Old levels don't give you extra moves. New unplayed levels do if you skip.

It won't be bespoke if the leaderboard I am playing at the moment is anything to go by @michimune . Bespoke leaderboards and help by the app are for the qualifying rounds. I think we won't see that in the next round. I expect that all groups will have to achieve a similar score in the final knockout rounds.

I use a different strategy to play: I need to use more boosters. To play at a speed of four episodes per hour I often use a party popper as a first move. This opens up the board and finishes the level more quickly. Or I use a paint brush and place it next to my colour bomb on the opening board for the combo, which is of…

Today's leaderboard is the same as the one we saw yesterday, but generally harder. Again we have 50 players and one qualifying slot. It started off quickly. I joined about 15 minutes into the round and played slowly until the leaderboard filled up. (Edit 18.00h: I was mistaken. It wasn't full: another 50 players were added…

I used to play party poppers a lot @Jejsta123 as they clear the board on your first move. But I now find them too expensive and have found I only really need them for levels above 10,000. I have found at levels below 10,000 (and using starting boosters) if we play the best obvious available moves until we fail to see any…

Here is a tip for anyone who wants to get through the first final knockout round within a smallish gold budget. You need to be ready to give it your all for six hours. I think this would work for most players below about level 10,000. I used it today at some very tricky levels around level 8500. Buy six hours indefinite…
