Could you please tell us who told you to log out? Was this a message you received inside of the game? Was it the chat bot in the Help Centre? It is never wise to log out of a Candy Crush account. It is best to just close the app if there is an issue, and then open the app again. We don't advise logging out of an account…

It is not possible or allowed to merge two Candy Crush accounts. If you have two saved accounts with separate player IDs you cannot merge them. I'll keep my eyes open for this one and see if I can catch it. I've also noted that extra moves offered now vary. I have been offered an extra 7 or 10 moves occasionally on a first attempt for 10 gold bars. This may be an alternative method to the hated wheel which is being trialled.
