I did figure this out, but could not find anything on the site to help.... so by posting this I hope to help someone who may have the same problem and find this helpful... or just remember this if you ever have to reinstall.... I did all the levels required for the Halloween Olivia Costume…. Then collected the stars to finish off the points needed…. After this I could see the new costume at the bottom in the “Scrapbook” but it said I still needed more points…. Then next time I checked it was gone??? I know there were still days left on the event…
I AM NOT saying this to be snotty at ALL!!!!! ... just REALLY curious.....I posted... "Didn't get the Halloween Olivia Costume... :( the other day after doing ALL the levels and star gathering needed .... all I got an admin response that didn't fix the problem... was just a generic... "shut down and restart" might help...…
