the other day after doing ALL the levels and star gathering needed .... all I got an admin response that didn't fix the problem... was just a generic... "shut down and restart" might help...
has anyone here had their account actually adjusted due to an award or the like getting messed up?? Can they even do this??
I hate to waste my time chasing after a fix when one just can't be given....

If you refer to my answer a few days ago - I am a volunteer here and not an admin. I can share experiences that might help others with a similar problem.

If the event is gone on your device, we can't recover it. So I can't offer you a solution. Nor can I look into your account.
Tell me your game ID anyway. I will write a report to our manager. However, I cannot promise you whether we can help you to your satisfaction.
You can find your Game ID by going to your profile and double-clicking the King logo above the avatar.
