Does anyone know how to turn off the highlights? Highlighting of the cards is very distracting to me and makes the game no fun because I don't have to think/concentrate anymore.

At level 1050 friends disappeared from my game. Tried updating app and FB. Now, can still play game on tablet but cannot connect to King nor FB and my bonuses nor my level (currently 1191 on tablet) will not transfer to the phone.
