Won level 704 but stays on level

Hi, I’ve won level 704 twice now but still does not level up. First time I assumed that I was mistaken, second time I am positive. Especially irritating since I used a booster this time. 

What do I do, any tips or help?

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue in the game- how strange! Have you tried out these steps (Apple or Android) ? They may solve the problem. If they don't, please write back and we'll investigate further.
