Lost game progress

I have played and enjoyed Pyramid Solitaire for some time. Two days ago I inexplicably lost all of my game progress and was booted back to level 1!! How do I get my game status back?

Hi there. After a long time with the game crashing, I did a reboot of the game. Now all my progress is lost😢. That is very sad with all the time and money invested in the game. I hope somebody Can help me get it back. Regards Marlene.

Hello , it is the 4 time that pyramid solitaire don’t work and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. The other times I lost my boosters, but now I lost also my progress and some of my stars. I was in level 156 and I passed all the stages with 3 stars. Please fix it, I played the game many years and this very annoying
