I was playing the game and it stop working it will start but then it goes away I had to delete the game and I would like to get it back I was very far in the game don't want to loose everything that I did in the game.

If you don't mind, I need a clarification please.... Did you lose the level progress of your game OR are you not able to open the game? And which device are you using to play your game?

playing the game on a PC lab top the game wouldn't play it would start and then it would go away couldn't play. So I delete the game and reinstall the game and I'm starting all over I was in the 600 when I lost everything so sad.

Did you not save the game either through Facebook OR Kingdom account? Did you download the App through Microsoft Store?
Will you be able to give me your game user ID number?

It is save in my tablet that is the only place that it is save I can play on it I'll try to transfer the game back to my lab top thank you
