You can log out of your profile on your game then turn off your device, restart your device and log back in with either Facebook or your King account and that might help you get your levels back. Make sure that you clear your cache and cookies on your internet browser. If that don’t work then contact customer support and include your game/user ID and put in a detailed description of the problem. Here’s a link to contact support...

Did you saved your progress by facebook or king account. If yes then log out, restart your device and login again. Play and complete a level and see if it helps you to recover your progress.
But if unfortunately you didnt save it through facebook or king account then the only way for restoration your progress is by manual. So provide us your game id and we will request our CM to restore your level progress.
