@deetee2400 Hi and welcome, As explained above there is an issue with sending and receiving lives that is being investigated.

As for your lives as they are free there is nothing that can be done regarding getting these back, All you can do is start collecting again when the feature has been fixed, but we advise not to store to many as this thing can happen from time to time

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your accumulated lives from your game!

It can happen for 2 reasons -- (1) when we reinstall the game App from our device; (2) when the time expires -- as per my knowledge, the lives sent in by our friends will be saved for 7 to 10 days. After that, they expire. I will confirm you again about this 👍️

I am sorry to say that I could not understand what you meant by "send lives to people I use to"!! Would you mind explaining a bit more about that?

** Did you lose your friends from the game and asking us how to get those friends back into the game?

I haven't been on for a couple of weeks. When I got in today, my friends list has been wiped clean and my lives have all disappeared. I know lives expire, but I always had lives from friends and now both the lives and friends have disappeared.
