When did you notice that your boosters were unlocked? Did you have an update or reinstalled the app? Maybe on a new device?
Your question cannot be answered in such a general way. I need more information from you so we can narrow down the problem.
What type of device are you playing on, which version of the app do you have installed?
I had previously left a lot of detail but to no avail. Thank you for answering I have a Samsung 22 S. I think it's verison1.130.0 not really sure.
The phone is new so I downloaded the app to my phone and then signed in to secure my progress on the new device. I know that the any boosters on my old device don't transfer. The new phone has a LOCK symbol which doesn't even allow a purchase.
I have tried signing out and in of the app. thank you for your help.
