I play on two devices - Iphone 5s and Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), and the situation is the same on both.

I was already on the octopus page and in bumped me way back can you put me back where I was. And yes can’t get any lives and I see your working on it. And I have no friends when I had a lot. I’m sad hope you fix it fast. Thank you

For the 2d times I lost all the bonus but also the game take me back many levels . I am now on the precedent map !!!!!

My game set me back to map 143 and it will not give me more levels. I have reset the game. I have also uninstalled it, resarted my pc and reinstalled the game. It still loads me to this map.
Is there a way to fix this? When I sign on to my game in my android phone, it loads several more maps to play.

I see the current latest version of the game is 1.104.0 (Android Version) / 1.104.0.0 (Apple/iOS Version) and the current max level is 2405 and use stable Internet Connection on this game. 🤔
If you have updated the latest version of this game and used Stable Internet Connection but it's still not worked, how about you tried these steps that I hope you can see the latest new levels right now :
Log out from the game entirely and close the app.
Clear your phone cache/storage space. DO NOT clear game data.
Restart your device. If you shutdown, please wait for at least 10 second before turning on your device.
Login back on this game.

All our games require that your Android version is at least 4.4.4 or higher. Even though for best game experience I'd recommend to have Android 5 or later version installed.
For iOS you will need at least iOS 8 or later version to be able to play any King game.

I am not using a phone or tablet, I am on my Windows 10 PC. I downloaded it from the windows store. That is the game I am having issues with. When I log in on my android phone, it gives me maps up to map 158. My PC is the one that will not update.
