So, these are the official last levels at the moment:
On Facebook: 185 (no longer to be released)
Android and iOS: 2405
Windows 10: 2330

I was so hoping that the last update solve my problem, but nothing happened! I have been hoping for a solution for more than a month, but you are not solving it at all! Please once again for help!

I am using windows 10, it will not give me any levels past level 2195. So why can I not get the levels up to 2330? This has been like this for at least a month while I wait for an update to fix it.

Please make sure that your windows 10 app is also updated. And try again.

It looks like you've done all you could do for now, if you even reinstalled the app. We've asked the Studio about this and they're trying to find a solution for this partial loss of progress.
To investigate further, it would be very useful if you could send us your player ID. You can find it HERE.
