Since March/April of 2020 I have been unable to open my pyramid solitaire saga game. I can’t recall the exact level I was on, but it surpassed 1100. I have patiently waited for further updates that might fix the issue, but nothing has worked. If I delete the app and re- install the game, I will have to start at puzzle #1.
What are my options to fix the issue??

If you log out then log back in the game that might help. Make sure you are up to date on all updates for the game.
If you uninstall then reinstall you will lose all your boosters but I don’t think you will lose your progress. You can also contact customer support and give them a detailed description of the problem along with your user ID for the game which you will find in your profile.
I hopes this helps and let us know if it doesn’t work.

What happens when you try to open the app? Do you get any error message?
Which device are you playing on? Have you tried to open the game on another device?
Do you usually play connected to Facebook or to the Kingdom?

Hi, I am also now unable to open the app - I have the latest update but when I click on the app nothing happens. I’ve also tried restarting my device but that doesn’t help either. I don’t want to delete the app and reinstall in case I lhave to start at level 1 again. Can you help?

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

If none of those help then contact customer support here...
Give a detailed description of the problem and your game/user ID found at the top of your profile. They will send you a automated email please respond back to the automated email with description and ID again and they maybe able to fix the problem. 👍
