I have this game in my Facebook and i would like to know what do i have to do to put it together at the right level?

Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed
Why cant I acces my profile? I was so much further before I purchased a new phone
