Hi Lola_Pop - I also updated with the new release 1.106.0 but it did not fix the problem. Still bumped back to level 2286.

We really need your help!!! @uncleb19 , @Timboking , @Wellallbe and me, in early August reported the same problem with level 2286! Each new update did not solve the problem! It is now mid-October (4 months), and we look with regret at how many new levels have been realized and we are no longer able to play! IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THERE IS NO SOLUTION?😔😔😔

I'm having the same problem on my windows 10 pc.
Stuck, no new maps/levels; no game or windows updates.

I really enjoy this game, but it is very frustrating that there is no fix for the windows 10 version. Any word yet on when they might attempt a fix?

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
