Problem with losing levels in Pyramid

I updated yesterday and contacted CS who said they would restore my game to level 3275 as the update put me back even further. I lost all my boosters and have forwarded them a receipt proving my purchases of gold bars (900) which I used to buy boosters and now have lost. I have heard nothing back from them and cannot progress in the game. Can you assist please?

I was stuck at level 198 for several days. The update brought me up to episode 207, but I was well past that one as well.

How long do we have to wait? Sick of playing games l have already passed. π

I don't know if I have any issues, but seeing just one gray episode makes me happy π

WHOA! I only see up to 207 this morning and not m ore but I'm glad to see a new episode.
@teresa01 - Why don't I see as many levels as OseeAsi who can see greyed out 215?

I am still on 207 with no new levels. This has been going on for days now!!

I was stuck on level 198 for several days but it is now up to level 207. So it's an improvement. Still not as high the level I'm actually on.

Hi,
Since some updates Iβm facing the same issue with Pyramid : Iβm set back at a previous episode, but most of the time after relaunching the game itβs coming back to normal.
But with the latest update, I was on episode 213 and now Iβm stuck at the last level of episode 207.
I use an iPhone 11 Pro and an iPad, latest iOS version.
