I want my progress reset so I can start the game from the beginning. I do not want my present progressed saved. I want to start over. I had read that I have to contact customer service and they are the only ones who can do this. TY!

You make sure ask to our Player Support team here and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help you to reset your progress to Level 1. 😊
