I go to request hearts/lives and there’s no one to request from. I go to send them and there’s no one in my list. Am I last one to still play this game?? How do I add / connect with others??????
What awesome news! I have yet to figure our why it goes away, but yet it finally does come back. But I know that is very frustrating for all. Thank you for your patience 🤗
Just logged in and all friends are back and ability to send/receive is back. The envelope icon is back too.
Hi sorry, you are frustrated. I have answered you in another thread, but this is something that I will be turning in to the CM and see if there has been a fix as of yet. 🤗
There’s a problem right now with sending and receiving lives and it’s taking FOREVER to resolve! A list pops up for me, but it doesn’t do any good to send because I can’t receive. I have contacted customer service like 10 times now and they direct me here, but there’s no info or updates here either. So frustrating!
It’s been about 3 weeks now with the new phone. I tried logging out/back in to find king number but I don’t see it. I use Apple ID. It picked up where I left off when I switched phones. Envelope is still missing yes. Used to be there. I tried resetting king account password but said I didn’t have one so I must have always had Apple ID log in.
Ok, new phone (and how long ago did you get your new phone?), no envelope for lives and app is updated. One more thing please, can you tell me what your King ID# is please 🤗
I’m nearly level 600….. times enough? I think so.
Since it is a new phone, please give it time to build up the friends and start receiving lives and requests. 🤗
I did get a new phone, newer version iPhone. I have no one to send or receive lives to/from. I emailed support and all they did was apologize and send a broken link. No help there.
I see you got a new phone. Can you please tell me if you have the envelope showing? Can you send lives, but not able to receive?

So that was Not successful. Level 550 and no friends. Only now I get a reward round, complete it with3 stars using 2 deck fillers and don’t get to spin rewards afterwards and next puzzle my 2 deck refills are back ! This game is not working at all now.
I’ll try…. I used to have them but after new phone and nearly level 500 nothing now.
I’ve done more than one reset and still nothing!
Hi all, yes it does take time for your friends to build up.
Have the 2 of you tried to do a soft reset on your game? If not please log out of your game and turn your phone off for a few seconds. Then turn your phone back on and log in with your sign in and your password. Lets see if that helps. You will then start to get friends sending and receiving lives. It does take a bit to build up 💕
Same! And every time I ask here on this forum I get the same canned response. “The game will assign friends”.
It has been about three weeks and I still don’t have any friends to ask for lives.

Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed
Why cant I acces my profile? I was so much further before I purchased a new phone

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone.
