It’s been about 3 weeks now with the new phone. I tried logging out/back in to find king number but I don’t see it. I use Apple ID. It picked up where I left off when I switched phones. Envelope is still missing yes. Used to be there. I tried resetting king account password but said I didn’t have one so I must have always had Apple ID log in.
There’s a problem right now with sending and receiving lives and it’s taking FOREVER to resolve! A list pops up for me, but it doesn’t do any good to send because I can’t receive. I have contacted customer service like 10 times now and they direct me here, but there’s no info or updates here either. So frustrating!
