Ok, new phone (and how long ago did you get your new phone?), no envelope for lives and app is updated. One more thing please, can you tell me what your King ID# is please 🤗
It’s been about 3 weeks now with the new phone. I tried logging out/back in to find king number but I don’t see it. I use Apple ID. It picked up where I left off when I switched phones. Envelope is still missing yes. Used to be there. I tried resetting king account password but said I didn’t have one so I must have always had Apple ID log in.
There’s a problem right now with sending and receiving lives and it’s taking FOREVER to resolve! A list pops up for me, but it doesn’t do any good to send because I can’t receive. I have contacted customer service like 10 times now and they direct me here, but there’s no info or updates here either. So frustrating!
Hi sorry, you are frustrated. I have answered you in another thread, but this is something that I will be turning in to the CM and see if there has been a fix as of yet. 🤗
Just logged in and all friends are back and ability to send/receive is back. The envelope icon is back too.
What awesome news! I have yet to figure our why it goes away, but yet it finally does come back. But I know that is very frustrating for all. Thank you for your patience 🤗
