WTF, I've been playing this for years. Every update, I do. I was on the highest level 20?? I couldn't connect to send or receive lives. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I've lost everything. What the hell is going on.

Never mind Im back to where I was. Lost my boosters, but don't care. O and I'm glad I'm back to where I was, bc I'm actually at 4800 not 2380. So that's good 👍
Hi, well I had to uninstall the game again. And again it started me way back to the beginning again. I believe I was somewhere at 2380 or higher as I've been playing for 5 yrs. If there is some way to get me back to where I was it would be appreciated. Thank you

I understand that all this is quite annoying. However, I can restore your progress to level 2028 if you give me your player ID. ☺️

Hi, my ID is tarn666. I started playing the game a while ago. At least 3 years ago. I never registered bc I started playing this on King.com. Then I continued through Facebook. Then I just put it on my phone. Got rid of desktop and laptop. I can do all I need with my phone. Over the years I have had to uninstall and reinstall and I've lost a lot of bonus and boosters. But this time it started me back at the beginning. The game does NOW connect and I can send and receive lives. But I did lose approx. 50 of the card flips and the next card peek and only 2 unblock all bonuses. I have also been returned to level 2025. But I had completed thru 2028. So that's the whole thing. If I didn't need to connect to send and receive lives I wouldn't have even cared. But I try to send lives when I can. Soooo. TY

No Stan, not really concerned about the boosters ( which I did lose ) or the other crap. I was at level 2028. I have since has been put back to the same level minus about 5 boards. They started me at 2025. Which is fine. I just hope this sh"t doesn't continue. So thanks anyway.

I believe u r frustrated becoz u lost all ur boosters? Is it?
unfortunately, boosters r not stored in account id... it is only stored on device memory... so once uninstall... all will be lost ...
