Unfortunately this a glitch at the moment. You can lose the level and try clearing it again.

Sometimes the pink dragon doesn’t fall through and you have to replay the level unfortunately.

Good idea! It is definitely better to save progress via email if you can :)

Events come and go for players randomly. You also can only use it once per day, don’t forget.

Your progress may already be linked to a King account, so you could try logging in with your email address.

You could log out of your account and start over with a new email address.

Unfortunately the gold bars have to be shared, but hopefully lots of other people get booted out :)
