when I try logging in CC Soda with email it says there was a connection error and to try again later. But it never fixes itself. I’ve been unable to join any races or receive prizes I’ve earned. What’s going on with internet connectivity and logging into my account??? Please help!!!

Candy crush soda lets me log in with fingerprint, then says I’m not connected to the internet when I am. It won’t let me join the race and won’t give me my prizes. It’s been doing this for a week now.
