Candy crush soda lets me log in with fingerprint, then says I’m not connected to the internet when I am. It won’t let me join the race and won’t give me my prizes. It’s been doing this for a week now.

I have windows 10, i can play the game but no rewards or races, I says i have not internet connection. How do you fix that ????

when I try logging in CC Soda with email it says there was a connection error and to try again later. But it never fixes itself. I’ve been unable to join any races or receive prizes I’ve earned. What’s going on with internet connectivity and logging into my account??? Please help!!!

@Anniebell can you screen shot a picture of the error your receiving. There are a few issurs at the moment and when the CM's are back in work tomorrow hopefully some of these issues can be resolved

I have the same problem this weekend playing bubblegum hill. Sometimes it works, sometimes after finishing all 5 BGH levels, it gives me the “internet connection” error message. I have not gotten BGH rewards for four completed games, meaning missing 24 lollipop hammers and 4 hours of reward time. I updated CC Soda few days ago on iPad, so it is the latest game version. My internet connection is fine, so connection is not really the true issue. King engineers, please fix the rewards issue.

@lovmy66 Can you provide a screenshot of error your receiving as this would be extremely helpful. There are a few people experiencing this problem and it may be something that will need to be escalated to the game team tomorrow.

If you have not already done check for game update and restart your device and then see if it will let you log in

I have the same error message (as I already wrote on another discussion thread). Didn’t get rewards for several BGH games.

You cannot log in to the game through fingerprint and there is no such system. Some devices have an app lock system in which the app can be protected through the fingerprint security.😊

However show me a screenshot of the problem you are experiencing while trying to connect the Game to the Server or follow the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
