I lost my streak after 4th winning and my boosters while waiting for opponent, it stated no connection while my internet connection good. It happened sk many times, I’m getting so frustrated and disappointed with all the hard work reaching level 5 and losing streak and boosters

I have been playing all day and at least three times so far, I complete a level or get to a point where I win a chest and it says “sorry. There was a problem.” And I lose my progress (and the items I used to get me to that level! Now I chose the stripe and wrapped lollipop to play with and it said it couldn’t find me a match. I hit try again and then it comes up “something went wrong.” Not only did I lose these items, but it then told me I lost progress, and I was playing for a chest at the end of that level. Now I have to start again! Please fix this issue and compensate me for my lost items.

Addict to royal championship, I faced twice the following issue :
You play & win the game, but at the end a window pops up and say : "sorry, an error occured" (despite internet connection is still up & running fine)....and you lost your progress.
This is unfair,
