Are there connection issues today? I never lose internet (and my Alexa says she’s connected just fine) but 3 games in a row it said “no internet connection” and forced a loss. Annoying since I want to play and the first 2 games I was about to win (the first had to be on my winning streak naturally) and it happened with about 4 moves left. The third, I turned wifi off and used my cell network and it dropped out again - this time on my second turn. And then I play a 4th and my opponent doesn’t get to make a move before it says they left the match - seems like something is up and now I’m out of lives when I only got to play 1 of the 5 games.

One of the games has several missing pieces and can freeze up game. Also the games are freezing up when you make a win and comes up with sorry something went wrong. You lose your win and a life. Has there been a major change there? Second weekend in a row major problems where your customers seem to be the losers if making any purchases. Maybe you should disable that option until you figure it out.
