    Are there connection issues today? I never lose internet (and my Alexa says she’s connected just fine) but 3 games in a row it said “no internet connection” and forced a loss. Annoying since I want to play and the first 2 games I was about to win (the first had to be on my winning streak naturally) and it happened with about 4 moves left. The third, I turned wifi off and used my cell network and it dropped out again - this time on my second turn. And then I play a 4th and my opponent doesn’t get to make a move before it says they left the match - seems like something is up and now I’m out of lives when I only got to play 1 of the 5 games.

    Hi Amkenny, this is an ongoing problem that we all have, the studio still have to sort it out.

    Last round I played an opponent with a very offensive name. Hoping the studio can do something to avoid these names being accepted in the future.

    I've been trying to connect to Royal Championship for a few days now -- this is the response I receive everything I try to connect: "No internet access. Try again later." What should I do?

    royal championship- no internet

    everthing else is working just not your game for 20 hours now

    other people have same issue

    why haven’t you addressed this problem yet

    I'm not able to see the color of candies in a particular map, see screenshot. It makes it hard to play. Any ideas?

    Please follow these steps anyway. Close app - look for the update and update your game and clear the cache and reopen.

    Level 2

    One of the games has several missing pieces and can freeze up game. Also the games are freezing up when you make a win and comes up with sorry something went wrong. You lose your win and a life. Has there been a major change there? Second weekend in a row major problems where your customers seem to be the losers if making any purchases. Maybe you should disable that option until you figure it out.
