    Hello GE team🤗

    This player is having issue with their account (merged accounts)!

    I wasn't sure whether you guys will be able to help them if they send complaint from the App! Hence, I gave them —>

    I have seen this complaint from couple other players as well!!

    Another player experiencing issues to make purchases from the candy store. She is not able to buy gold bars!

    I have asked for device details and more details about the issue👍️

    Thanks for the great follow-up with both players, you’ve asked all the right questions and handled it with such care as always! Based on what they’ve shared, it sounds like both players might be experiencing issues related to either a connection problem or a temporary bug affecting in-game purchases and the Continue button.

    Here is what you can reply for @king6212 if they come back (Game froze during purchase attempt):

    Hi @king6212, thanks so much for your message and sorry again for the trouble you experienced especially when trying to purchase Gold Bars. That sounds super frustrating, especially when it affected your win streak 😞

    Let’s try a few quick things to see if it helps:

    1. Close the game completely and restart your device
    2. Make sure you’re connected to a strong Wi-Fi signal
    3. Check for any available updates for the game in the App Store/Play Store
    4. If you're on Android, go to your device settings > Apps > Candy Crush > Storage > Clear Cache

    Also, did you see any error messages before the freeze, like "Connection Error"or did the game just become unresponsive? If you’re able to share a screenshot, that would be super helpful!

    If the issue continues, you can also reach out directly to Player Support through the game:

    Tap the gear icon > Help Center (?) > Choose a topic > Scroll to Contact Us.

    Looks like level # 8632 is an "oops" level!!

    Can you please check this complaint and pass it onto the Studio if you think needed🙏
