    Hello GE Team🤗

    A player reported a glitch which I too have experienced in my game last night!

    When we are out of lives in the game, Tiffi pops up and does some fishing, right? When Tiffi catches a life, those lives are not adding to the game!

    Here is a screenshot provided by the player👇

    In my game, Tiffi caught one life and some unlimited boosters as well! Hence, I did not really care about the missing life! But, looking at this player's question, I am thinking that, it is either a glitch or bug!!

    Asked for device details and also if the payer has a screen-recording to share, as you might not be able to reproduce the glitch they have reported!

    A player did not receive the final reward from "Pins" event —> HERE!


    I did give them steps to report the issue to the PS team! But, since the Pins is a very new feature, I wanted to share with you as well!

    Candy releases 45 levels per week! We used to release 90 for special occasions but it has been a while since we've done that. I usually get a heads up when we release more than what we are used to.

    No, I did not win the level! But, I should have a life in my hand to play the level and win it, right?

    Let’s wait and see if the player comes back with more info, it might just be a device-specific issue, especially since we haven’t seen a large number of similar reports so far. Fingers crossed it’s just a one-off, but we’ll keep an eye on it together!

    Thanks so much for flagging this! The team has already been made aware of the issue, as Player Support has also received similar reports. It seems to be related to network or connection glitches during the final reward delivery.

    The current recommendation is to ask the player to:
    ✅ Make sure they are connected to a stable internet connection
    Close and fully restart the app
    ✅ Wait a few seconds on restart to allow the system to retry the reward delivery

    In most cases, the reward should appear automatically when the app relaunches. If not, it’s best to contact Player Support for further help 💜
