Since you said those playing on Facebook is a Facebook issue- why doesn't some big shot from KING call Facebook and get this issue resolved. Its a money maker for Facebook. Whats extra odd is Candy Crush Jelly is no longer even listed on the games that FB offers.

Hi Lady Sarina I tried to download Candy Crush and the same thing happened. Oh yeah- contact FaceBook..... like they respond to anything, They are as worthless as teats on a boar hog.

Hi Lady Sarina- I clicked the first step cited in your message and it said I was not authorized to enter, So I proceeded with the second suggestion. And reset both Candy Crush SAGA AND SODA- but the game I am playing is Candy Crush JELLY ...and it was NOT listed. Ive concluded this has to be the evil works of Licorice…
