Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear that. Always wait for the level completion message to pop up. This confirms that your progress has been saved to our server, so you can continue playing on any device without losing a step.
I recommend reaching out to Player Support so they can look directly at your account and history.
Why do I lose the level when my phone shut down?
I was in the middle of a level when my phone crashed. Why did I lose the level and my boosters connected to that level? It was the last level to win in order to win a specific amount of levels in a row in order to win gold bars. Now I got bounced out the level. Why isn’t there a way to retrieve my level and status?

Are you having trouble with level 8060 @sonius ? To unlock the board, you need to remove the skull first. Use vertical stripes and combinations to hit that skull from the top.
You need to hit the skull five times, then it will disappear, unblocking the bottom-left corner. Once the skull is gone, you will see the keys needed to open up the rest of the board.

A few things to try, if you haven’t already:
• Close the game completely and reopen it
• Restart your device
• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, if possible
• Make sure your game app is fully up to date
If this keeps happening, please report this issue to our Player Support team as they are actively collecting reports like yours in order to be able to flag this to the developers.
You can reach them by opening the game app and go to:
Settings (⚙️) → Account & Help → Help Center and select your topic → scroll all the way down and select "Contact Us"
Use of gold bars
I need help with using my gold bars, it's been a while now, it loads forever and then it just stop or say something went wrong in the connectivity while, my network if properly working

- Restart the Game: Sometimes, a quick restart can unfreeze those lives.
- Check Your Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as a weak signal might cause issues with receiving and using lives.
- Update the Game: Make sure your game is updated to the latest version, as updates often fix bugs.
- Log Out and Back In: Try logging out of your account and then logging back in. This might refresh your game and fix the issue.
Re: Refus de connexion internet
Hey there @didier77340
I checked the account and it seems like there hasn't been any logins for quite some time. For this reason I'd recommend to log out then log back in again, and especially try to connect to a Wifi and check for updates to the game to see if this helps.
As a last resort, you can reinstall the game, but please be aware that this will remove the boosters unfortunately. However, your progress and gold bars is saved in the account.
