• What exactly happens when you try to open the game? For example, does it stay on the loading screen, show an error message, or close by itself?
• If possible, please share a screenshot of what you see when the game doesn’t load.

Also, just to check, have you already tried restarting the game or refreshing the page/app?

• Whether you are playing through the game app or Facebook/Browser

Also, just to confirm, does the error appear immediately when you try to make the purchase, or only after confirming the payment?
