Ok here is my idea. I know that when we all respond to the players' issues sometimes they just don't give us enough information. How about a message to each game's support area asking them to read before posting their issue. We need to know where they are playing the game (computer or mobile), what platform they are using (Facebook or King), mobile what model and version of the game are you using, etc. I am attaching a pdf copy of a draft that I created. We can always add more information if you guys think of what else we need.

A suggestion on personal news.
Can't you also archive and delete them? So you always have to leave the group or with the friend you are writing. That would definitely be feasible !!!
