Let's make King Community the perfect place for all of us!

@Yosca - Hmm, that's interesting. 🤔 I actually won Backstage access in a contest a while back, but I assumed anyone who reached Expert status would automatically get access. It does say in that thread that you must reach level 4 in the Community to view that content, so maybe you have not yet reached that milestone? I would ask @WilyReptile as he seems to be in charge of that area of the forums!
The majority of those threads are activities that were started by players within that part of the Community. Unlike official contests, they are not run by the King team and no prizes are awarded. While I agree most of those player activities have nothing to do with the game they are posted under, I believe they are kept separate from the rest of the Community to encourage dialogue within that game's playerbase. Your point is taken though, @johamilton. In the future, maybe we could encourage players to post more activities in the Player's Corner so everyone can participate? 🙂

Good evening, everyone!
I hope you all are having a great day! This community means alot to me and, I too, want to make it even sweeter!
To help our awesome project, I have submitted a proposal for a "help for low vision players section "
Please check it out, vote , and share it with your friends!
Thank you for your friendships, and for letting me a part of this amazing project!
Have a great day and a spectacular week, everyone!💖💜🍭

Hello everyone, I forgot to bookmark this and am just now finding way back. I've read the whole thread and there are so many good ideas.
First of all @Elsa , your idea about putting the link on all of our signatures was a stroke of genius! Then you took @Glenn1972's idea for a map to the next leve. It's perfect! I wish it was there when I was a newbee.
I really think we need to move in the direction that @Yosca suggested. We need a lot more organization in the forum. It's hard to find things that are buried two or three layers deep. Each forum should look the same.
@johamilton made a very valid point about the games, not to be confused with the contests, about them being located in the various forums. I recently added one to Blossom Blast because I want to attract more attention to us, and to provide the newbies with something fun. However, from my own observations, we rarely attract any newbees that stay. Adding the games to the Player's Corner would make it easier to find them.
And that brings me to a point that I want to make. When a question has been answered, I would like it to go away after say seven days. It would help with the clutter. There must be some way to declutter these forums.
Thank you for reading my missive, and I wish you a very restful night.

Exactly @debrichmond! You can see now that newbies post a question or comment to "solved" questions. Sometimes even the answer is in it, but I notice that many don't read anything.

I had often spoken of sorting out and tidying up. When I started here in April. One could lay the answers separately and also emphasize them clearly. Would be a possibility. The whole treads shouldn't be left open !!! It takes up too much space and it is not manageable. This should be worked on !!!

@debrichmond you are absolutely correct Elsa's idea is genius! That is way my own signature now contains only @Elsa's link to one place "with a little picture of the map." This could be our central location as a starting point to direct players for information about everything contests, rules, special interests, where to get help and support. This location would be updated as needed. We need to stop confusing the new members with our own signatures. This is an important "First Step" to straighten out the clutter and confusion. 🙃
