I was a moderator for two years, maybe more... It is difficult sometimes!
As a single member I had a great time in the Community and mostly in the Royal Championship area! We were discussing about our experiences on the games, suggesting strategies, helping new members and having a great sence of humour!! π€ The old Jelly members remember! πππ»
As a mod I had to be more careful when commenting but I tried to keep my personal style as more as I could! As other players said I was helping the Community in the Jelly and R.C. area!
However, during some very difficult periods when the R.C. decided to be discontinued, I had a very difficult role! There were a few members who were standing against me just because I was the moderator! 1 or 2 were very aggressive, I still remember itβ¦
I decided to quit and be a single member again for a few reasons. The basic reason was that I had not any interest because the R.C. was gone! There were some other reasons that are not interesting to discuss now!
After a long period away from the Community, I am here again as a simple member, and of course this is a more easy role! However I think that some of us need to be more recognizable in the Community! The point system lacks of fairness and the people who take decisions in the Community have to reconsider about it!

I've already got myself under control and I had fun, even with a lot of
obstacles. You saw what it was like and what the players were like. I
was tagged everywhere to help. It was fantastic. -
I wish you Good Luck! It would be nice to work together in your new role!
As for me, I feel more free now, because I have plenty of free time for outdoors activities! I can come in the Community and help or giving ideas but in a more free way, as a volunteer and of course now I can speak a little bit tending to go "out of the house rules limits"! ππ§π€

I have a suggestion for the moderator program.
It would be nice if you did an anonymous survey and the applicants were
listed for the program and the players voted anonymously. Because in
the end it also comes back to the players.
You should involve the players because the players see us and discuss
with us.This way they get to know us much better.
