Hi. I’ve been getting a connection error msg on Diamond Diaries everytime I try to purchase anything, send lives to friends or try to save my progress. This has been going on for over a month. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Lost everything. But nothing I do helps restore my game. I’ve spent a lot of money playing this game and have lost all I’ve accomplished. What’s going on?

So have you still cannot connect to Facebook on this game after you have uninstall and reinstall? 😢

Please select your device that you are playing on this game, then you click on any device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of this problem that I hope this helps (These discussions solved by Community Team.) 😉
** If you have uninstall and reinstall this game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are still transferred completed but of course, unfortunately you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone. 😔 **
And we do not replace items that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help you. (You don't forget to send your game ID to Community Team that I think they can help you faster and better on Player's Support) 😊

By the way, their team cannot help you to add your saved boosters on King Community. Very sorry again! 😔
